Research Collaborations

At Lakeridge Health, we are committed to bringing research closer to home for our community members and ensuring they receive the best quality of care possible. By collaborating with hospitals, universities, and community agencies, we aim to make meaningful advancements in healthcare that benefit those we serve. We are always eager to explore new opportunities to partner with fellow researchers across academic, community, and industry sectors. 

One example of our collaborative efforts is the Partnership for Advanced Technology in Healthcare (PATH) — a joint initiative between Lakeridge Health and Ontario Tech University. Launched in October 2024, PATH brings together clinical and research expertise to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies can address challenges in health care, improve system sustainability, and enhance patient outcomes.
