The Indigenous Navigator offers cultural support to self-identified First Nations, Inuit, Metis, and Urban Indigenous (FNIMUI) patients and families in the Central East.

The Indigenous Navigator can:

• Help you connect with cultural supports and services
• Help you plan care that is focused on your goals and wishes
• Give you support before, during, and after your appointments
• Help you get answers to questions about your care
• Help you and your family access care and services at home
