Visiting Policy

Visits by family, friends, and essential partners-in-care play an important role in enhancing the quality of life and emotional well-being of our residents. 

Visitors are welcome to visit at any time mutually agreed upon by the resident. Visiting may be restricted to help prevent the spread of infection. 

• Visitors will enter and exit through the main entrance. 
• All visitors must complete the visitor log.
• Visitors should be mindful other residents need for privacy and rest during their visit. 

Visitor Parking

There are a limited number of parking spots designated for visitors at the front of Lakeridge Gardens. Residents at Lakeridge Gardens receive a parking pass for visitors use. 

Additional parking is available in the garage adjacent to Lakeridge Gardens and Ajax Pickering Hospital.
