Lakeridge Health provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation is a person-centered, goal-oriented, and time limited process delivered by an interprofessional team. Individualized care is delivered to support patients improve daily functional abilities and optimize their mental, physical, cognitive, and social health.
Inpatient Rehabilitation

- Amputee Clinic: At this clinic we can help you improve your mobility and increase your independence by fitting you with an artificial limb.
- Amputee Rehabilitation: Specialized care for people who benefit from artificial limb rehabilitation.
- Exercise programs, education classes, counselling and support for people who had a heart attack or who are at risk.
- Treatment and education of new hand injuries and post-operative conditions.
