Hand Therapy Clinic
The Hand Therapy Clinic at Lakeridge Health helps individuals living in the community who have had a recent hand injury, recent hand surgery or require splinting for the hand. This program helps individuals with a hand condition recover and optimize function through the development and implementation of a personalized treatment plan. Treatment plans may include education, exercise program, manual therapy, modalities, hand splint fitting, and scar management.
Referrals are accepted from both individuals who have received care from Lakeridge Health or an external acute care facility. External referrals may be made using the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centres: Hand Therapy Referral Form.
