Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Lakeridge Health helps individuals living in the community recover and optimize function for those who have had a recent orthopedic surgery or fracture. This program offers the assessment and development of a personalized treatment plan that is delivered through an individual or group-based program. Treatments plans may include an exercise program, manual therapy, mobility training, modalities and education.

Referrals are accepted from both individuals who have received care from Lakeridge Health or an external acute care facility.  Referrals must come from an orthopedic specialist (e.g. orthopedic surgeon). External referrals may be made using the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centres: Outpatient Physiotherapy Form.
