Respiratory Rehabilitation

Lakeridge Health offers two outpatient clinics within the respiratory rehabilitation program, including the Respiratory Rehabilitation Clinic and the COPD Community Exercise Clinic.

Respiratory Rehabilitation Clinic

The Respiratory Rehabilitation Clinic at Lakeridge Health helps individuals living in the community with chronic lung disease learn to regain control of their breathing, how to manage their lung condition, and how to exercise safely. The program offers individual and group-based education and exercise programs.

Referrals are accepted from both individuals who have received care from Lakeridge Health or an external acute care facility.  Referrals must be made by a healthcare provider such as a doctor, nurse practitioner, or respirologist using the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centre: Respiratory Rehab Referral Form.
