Internal Geriatric Consult Team

The Internal Geriatric Consult team consists of nurse practitioners that have specialized knowledge to provide assessment and recommendations of older adults admitted to Lakeridge Health with complex medical and functional issues associated with aging.  Referrals are welcomed from all inpatient teams at Lakeridge Health.
