Our clinic is located on the main floor of the G Wing, Room G109 (Stroke Prevention Clinic Reception) at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa hospital. The patient can be dropped off at the ramped entrance on Parkwood Court. Paid parking is available in the Parking Garage. Follow the provided signage to the Stroke Prevention Clinic and register with the clerk upon arrival.
