Patient and Family Handbook

When you are admitted to Lakeridge Health, you or your family members/essential partners-in-care (EPCs) may have a lot of questions about what to expect. In partnership with our Patient and Family Experience Advisors, we have developed a Patient and Family Handbook to answer those questions. Our Patient and Family Advisors, through their own experiences, helped us to understand what information would be helpful to you and your family members/EPCs.

This handbook is designed to assist you while you are here and to help you and your family members/EPCs better navigate your care journey. It is also yours to keep and take with you for future reference.

Once admitted, you will receive a handbook. The handbook is available in five versions – one for each of our hospitals. The handbook is available in a printed version, as well as electronically.
