Hearing from friends and loved ones can boost spirits and help the healing process. That’s why we created Healing Words, a free service that allows you to submit an electronic message through our website, which will be hand-delivered to your loved one by our amazing volunteers.  

Please consider using Healing Words if:

• You can’t visit your loved one in hospital because you are not feeling well or have recently been sick.
• You would like to send well wishes, but don't live close to the hospital.

About the Healing Words service:

• Your message will be cheerfully delivered by our volunteers from Monday to Friday.
• Messages submitted on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
• Please keep in mind that messages are treated like postcards – they are not private.
